Our Shipping Policies


Shipping Destinations & Methods

Nigeria orders support COD (Cash on Delivery) with free shipping from our Nigeria warehouse. All other countries enjoy free shipping from our Chinese Factory via Fedex, UPS, DHL and other premium carriers.

Note: All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (some customized orders may need 3-5 days).

Shipping Fees

Most countries enjoy free shipping. Please check the product page to confirm if free shipping applies to your country and to view any applicable shipping fees.


Damage and Issues

Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally.

If you receive a damaged part:

  • Do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender
  • If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender
  • We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent your being charged freight on both ways

Important: We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 15 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.

Package Weight Notice

Packages over 2.5kg will arrive approximately 3 days later than smaller packages under 2.5kg due to different shipping handling procedures.


Stock Status

Normally, we ship packages within two days after receiving payment. However, if an item is temporarily out of stock, we will make every effort to ship it to you as soon as possible.


Return Policy

Please never refuse delivery if you don't want the item, as the return shipping fee in this situation can be $50-$100. Instead, contact customer service to arrange a return, which typically costs around $10.

Shipping times may occasionally be affected by harsh weather conditions or festival holidays, which may cause slight delays in delivery.
