Our Return Policy

We guarantee money back on all acceptable returns. Items returned within 30 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn't match the description.

Return Conditions

  1. Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.
  2. Please notice that if you want to return any or all parts of your order, you need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation.
  3. Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.

  1. Contact our customer service at support@shininggirl.com to initiate a return.
  2. Once approved, ship the item(s) to our return address.
  3. Include your order number and contact information in the package.
  4. Email us your order number and return tracking number.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refund Information

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@shininggirl.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shininggirl.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel the order after you pay, please contact with us within 24 hours, then we can help you to cancel the order and refund you. The processing time of your order will be within 24 hours. Or the order will be shipped out.
